Antoine Morand brings a deep commitment to operational risk management, rooted in his early experience as a volunteer firefighter—a role he held for over a decade alongside his academic and early professional journey.
From 2012 to 2017, Antoine held several engineering and HSE leadership positions in the oil and gas sector, managing safety on complex offshore operations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Mexico, and Australia.
In 2017, he transitioned to the construction industry, joining Soletanche Bachy, where he supported various business units in strengthening their HSE performance over five years. He now leads the Health and Safety strategy for the Geoquest Group, overseeing international operations across multiple continents.
Antoine believes that strong HSE performance starts with a close connection to operations. His leadership is guided by a simple yet powerful principle:
