The new construction of the Ihnetal Bridge in Neu-Listernohl, Attendorn, which crosses railroad tracks and a river, required a retaining wall on the approach embankment to this bridge.
Geoquest France was in charge of supplying a Reinforced Earth wall with a maximum height of 12 m and a textured TerraClass facing, which was manufactured in Hubert Mees Bauunternehmung GmbH’s own precast plant. Hubert Mees Bauunternehmung GmbH and Straßen- und Tiefbau GmbH, the companies handling the entire project, jointly built the Reinforced Earth wall during Spring 2025.
Our customers have given very positive feedback on the simple and quick construction. The final result looks fantastic, especially with the autumn colors.
